In July 2020, the first sintering thermal insulation block production line in western Zhejiang was first built and successfully tested.
As a new type of energy-saving and environmental protection wall material, the sintered insulation block is made of non-metallic tailings, shale silt, building waste soil and other raw materials, using hard plastic extrusion molding, one-time code burning process, pollution-free production process, the product has the advantages of high strength, light weight, large hole rate, good insulation performance, saving mortar, fast construction speed, building energy saving, etc. It can be widely used in various building structure systems, replacing the traditional clay brick masonry materials.
